Join us for this weekly 45 minute yoga class for new moms and their babies. This class will be taught by our Mom Mentor and Certified Yoga Instructor, Christine Michael at Yoloha Yoga Studio on James Island.
Please bring water and anything your baby might need during this 45 minute class. Mats and towels are available at the studio if needed.
This class is for pregnant and postpartum mothers – infants (not crawling) are welcome but not required to come.
