BOOTH SETUP
Please plan on bringing your own table*, table linens and marketing materials. We highly recommend bringing a tent for comfort and visibility. You will be setting up in a 10 x 10 space.

*Tables will be provided to anyone that we have communicated that with.


ARRIVAL
Vendors/sponsors can begin arriving at 6:00am. We ask that all booths be setup by 7:00am. There is plenty of parking available outside of the vendor area. We will also have an area where you drive up to unload your items. See the map below for exact parking and load/unload locations.


EVENT CLOSE
We ask that all vendors/sponsors stay until the end of the event. Our event ends at 10:30am. Do not tear down before this time unless you’ve spoken with one of our staff.
