PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING AND ATTENDING A GROUP.

By using this scheduling service and attending a group, you signify your assent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not use this site.

Postpartum Support Charleston (PSC) may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued usage will mean you accept those changes.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE BELOW. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES MENTIONED IN THAT ARBITRATION CLAUSE, YOU AND PSC AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN US WILL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND YOU AND PSC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

The contents of the PSC website and scheduling service, such as text, graphics, images, information, and other material contained on the site (“Content”) are for informational purposes only. The Content is not to be a substitute for professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare provider with any questions regarding a healthcare issue. Never disregard professional healthcare advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the PSC website!

PSC does not recommend or endorse specific tests, licensed healthcare professionals, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the Site. Reliance on any information provided by PSC, PSC employees, others appearing on the Site at the invitation of PSC, or other visitors to the Site is solely at your own risk.

PSC groups, meetings, and virtual offerings

If you participate in our groups, meetings, or virtual offerings, you are solely responsible for your participation, the consequences of your participation, and your reliance on your experience. PSC is not responsible for the consequences of anyone’s participation in our groups, meetings, or virtual offerings. If you think you may have a healthcare emergency, call your licensed healthcare professionals or 911 immediately.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in our groups, meetings, or virtual offerings, you agree that the following actions shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

1. Using groups, meetings, or virtual offerings for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws;

2. Mentioning material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;

3. Mentioning material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by PSC in its sole discretion;

4. Mentioning advertisements or solicitations of business;

5. After receiving a warning, continuing to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, or making comments that are not related to the topic being discussed (unless it is clear the discussion is free-form);

6. Mentioning chain letters or pyramid schemes;

7. Impersonating another person;

8. Distributing viruses or other harmful computer code;

9. Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying our groups, meetings, or virtual offerings, or which, in the judgment of PSC, exposes PSC or any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.

PSC Reserves the Right (but is Not Obligated) to Do Any or All of the Following:

1. Record the dialogue in our meetings.

2. Investigate an allegation that a communication(s) do(es) not conform to the terms of this section.

3. Terminate an individual’s access to any or all groups, meetings, or virtual offerings upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Monitor, edit, or disclose any communication in the meetings.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PSC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities, and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your content.

Final Terms

These Terms and Conditions (together with any additional terms applicable to specific services you use through PSC) make up the entire agreement between you and PSC and supersede any prior agreements.

These Terms and Conditions do not create or confer any third-party beneficiary rights.

If we do not enforce a provision in these Terms and Conditions, it will not be considered a waiver.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our consent.
