Connection starts here. Our gatherings are open to pregnant and postpartum moms looking for community, support, and spaces to simply be alongside other moms.

You Belong Here

Motherhood can feel beautiful, overwhelming, ordinary, and everything in between. Sometimes all in the same day. Our gatherings are designed to offer connection, encouragement, and emotional support at every stage.

Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or further into your motherhood journey, you’re welcome to join us exactly as you are.

New here? Join us in the garden every Thursday for some outdoor time with other moms. You can also meet us in person for one-on-one connection every Tuesday at our Drop-In Support for Moms.

Join us for this once a month support group for mothers who have experienced perinatal loss. This group will be led by Amy Martin, LPC, LAC, PMH-C.
Creative Connection: Art Therapy for Moms

Creative Connection: Art Therapy for Moms is a gentle, therapist-led Space where moms can create and connect through art. No art experience is needed, sharing is always optional, and babies in arms are welcome.
