Mindful Movement is a gentle, supportive space for moms to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and others through movement. These sessions are designed to feel calm, flexible, and welcoming. Come as you are and participate in whatever way feels right for your body and energy that day.

Babies who are not yet mobile are welcome to attend with you. For safety and to help maintain a calm environment, we ask that crawlers and walkers sit this one out.

This offering is held twice each month. Pregnant and postpartum moms are always welcome.
